Order with complete confidence. All of RTD's products are top quality and a great value. If you don't agree, we will gladly refund your purchase price less shipping costs if you're not 100% satisfied with any Ready to Defend product.

To return a product, please call 210.399.5500 ext. 105 to obtain an RMA number PRIOR TO RETURNING PRODUCT.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR YOUR PROTECTION, ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH AN RMA NUMBER OR IT WILL BE REFUSED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns must be received with return shipping pre-paid via TRACEABLE CARRIER. (We recommend USPS Priority Mail as it is generally the least expensive). Upon receipt of the product we will issue a refund or credit in amount of the original purchase price or portion thereof (if the product was part of a multiple item package) + our standard flat rate shipping charge (or portion thereof within 3 business days of receipt.
